To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 粉皮清涼爽滑,青瓜清新,雞絲難得地唔鞋口。

淋面嘅麻醬比一般更為濃稠,味道亦更為濃郁,係一道不錯的開胃小菜✨

生煎包以熱辣辣嘅鐵板奉上,底部煎得微焦帶有脆香,甚是討人喜歡。

咬落更有鮮濃湯汁充滿口腔,肉餡亦是十分鮮嫩,實在出色👍🏻

炒飯粒粒分明,每顆飯粒沾滿香濃蛋漿,叉燒、蝦肉等配料份量不吝嗇。

但友人認為飯底味道太淡,亦欠缺炒飯應有嘅火喉同鑊氣。

相信部分可歸因於餐廳嘅「少糖少鹽」政策 (如餐牌所示),雖然相對較為健康,但犧牲了味道未必人人鍾意。

現在高力豆沙買少見少,懷念舊時味道所以一試,卻是有點失望😥

外層嘅蛋白球輕盈綿軟,做得不錯。但內裏豆沙餡少得可憐,香蕉更加側埋一邊,以致食落好多地方都冇餡,唔太推介。

黑金流沙包體黝黑,刷上食用金漆更添低調嘅奢華感。

包體比酒樓平時食嘅奶皇包更為軟熟,咬開即有辣辣嘅流心內餡緩緩流出。

假若細味品嘗,更能食出內餡有少許鹹蛋黃沙沙嘅口感,可見真材實料製作,值得推介。
