To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實姐經常想做一個珍珠奶茶特輯的,可不是姐自負,香港內地的珍奶都喝很多了,對珍奶都有幾分眼光的,下星期去台灣再喝。環境:4在isquare 的對面,位置方便,店舖小小的,外觀標誌卻還是顯眼。服務:3慢呢,下單約15分鐘才調好,看上去單也不特別多啊。飲品:3小山綠奶茶加珍珠,微糖少冰($24)綠茶底的奶茶本來茶味就不夠突出的了,踫巧鹿角巷奶的比例高,奶與茶間的平衡和合理性被破壞了,縱然珍珠甜味是適中的,也很Q彈,卻不是一杯好的珍奶。
