To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 珍珠煙韌Q彈好咬

我相信大家都時時飲 天仁 的茶，平時都只會選奶綠/茶王等，但朋友力推珍珠好味，所以今次特別點了珍珠系列，不過原來要鮮奶綠味道好過普通奶綠。天仁除了茶類，仲有軟雪糕同小食、咖啡等等，價錢$15-32左右，都幾合理抵飲。點了【珍珠奶綠（少冰）】$20，好彩點少冰，唔係真的怕味道變淡，又難食到珍珠。其實奶綠味道清淡，微微奶味同綠茶味，甜度亦適中，清爽不膩既順喉感，不過飲開濃味既朋友覺得味道太淡。但不得不讚珍珠既美味，煙韌不痴牙，Q彈軟滑好好咬，係比較做得出色。另外，平時也常食鐵觀音軟雪糕，有濃郁茶味，厚身滑溜不易溶，茶味雪糕既優勝之處就是甜而不膩。
