第一次來到馳名的半島酒店瑞士小木屋吃飯,木屋環境溫馨舒適,全屋以木搭建,有種去了歐洲度假的感覺。枱上的銀器都是古董,原來餐廳有一個團隊每日擦亮銀器,保持新淨感覺。試了多個signature 菜式,較為失望的是,食物味道不算有驚喜。如果大愛芝士火鍋可一定很喜歡,但如果不是,這餐廳試過一次就好了,價值是偏貴,主菜不算精緻,炸豬扒有點嚡頗為失望。甜品火焰雪山很出名,但與坊間甜品店的味道差異不大,酒味還有點過濃,主要是食環境氣氛的一餐。
