📍今日同屋企人食潮州菜,呢間菜館坐得舒服又幽靜,店員禮貌亦非常好,同長輩嚟食都係唔錯選擇。嚟到會先有功夫茶同鹹酸菜比我哋,鹹酸菜麻油味好香濃,食落好香好開胃!叫咗招牌鵝三寶($298),入邊有鵝肝、鵝腸同埋鵝肉,滷水汁唔太鹹,點埋醋同埋辣椒油就更加惹味。頭抽煎英䱽($488)煎得外皮香脆,但係又可以封住入邊嘅汁,魚肉口感嫩滑,我哋都覺得呢個魚做得好出色。另外叫碗潮式魚丸肉碎煮汕頭白($228),面頭有八粒大魚蛋,魚蛋好香胡椒味又冇魚腥味,個味道會比較濃味。鹹菜花蛤湯($78)本身都驚過味道會比較鹹,但係因為加咗蕃茄入去,又帶少少酸甜味都幾開胃,大家都適合飲!
