To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 轉到新場新環境擁有兩層向海的景緻,繼續老上海嘅風格有旋轉樓梯丶一流餐廳環境顯然是米芝蓮星級飯店的格局。可能因為是星期六, 一到六點開始人多而枱與枱的距離比較近,以米芝蓮飯店來説,有點不像樣。食物質素大部分都維持水準但小籠包真是有點失望,皮薄多汁但一夾就穿有侍改良。另外,有些餸菜煮與上檯時間可能太耐,冇左熱騰騰的上海美味。服務方面,絕對比以往差、服務員欠缺熱誠,於客人附近竟然談到太忙做唔切等說話,服務管理真要多加注意。距離好的客戶體驗暫時談不上,要加把勁;如果不是,相信很難繼續保留於米芝蓮之列。
