Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間茶餐廳今次是第一次幫襯,入到去無卡位便座中間長一排連住方枱,後來見有張卡位轉了過去,嘩冷氣風口凍到陣,問個侍應可否將冷氣較細D,她答我:(幫唔到你依個位係最凍架嗱,她一直拎住我碟炒飯,我話咁你放低碟飯。)凍到無辦法再忍為有轉返去長方枱座。落單時侍應係有講到炒野要耐D,ok等...原來係要儲埋幾張單先一次過炒,真的睇你好無彩,早叫便要最少等半小時,同行朋友叫了個下午茶餐潮洲炒米一出黎兩碟,佢要等到有另一人叫先一齊炒等了超過半個鐘,而我一早就食完凍到陣等佢。我叫的是最普通楊洲炒飯,生菜黄黑色就爛都攞黎用,原全無落蛋去炒,無味要再落豉油,飲品算唔錯加$2凍飲比一般茶餐廳大杯。
