兩個人去到荃灣晚餐唔知食乜嘢好,見到依間親和藝術環境好似幾靚,幾有情調,咁就入咗去試吓啦。咁因為我早黎,人都唔太多,環境好舒服,枱與枱之間都有好多空間。黑松露野菌炒意大利飯,賣相好靚,入面有好多唔同嘅野菌,上面有一啲芝士氣泡,聞落去都幾香。食入口野菌好多,好有層次,黑松露味好勁同時間芝士味都幾重。飯方面,唔會太濕都唔會太乾,同時都唔會太油,加埋啲野菌一齊食,真係好正簡直一流。飲管粉配慢煮八爪魚海膽汁,要讚下嘅係個汁真係好好食,海膽味都幾強。個八爪魚佢話係慢煮,食落去真係幾彈牙同埋八爪魚嘅汁都好Juicy,真係得慢煮先可以有咁嘅效果。咁個飲管粉方面,同意粉有啲分別,佢爽啲彈啲好味啲。然後喺個粉上面有一朵食用花,食落幾特別。成個意粉食落去都好好食。
