今日收工之後,我同同事響官塘工業邨搵間餐廳醫肚。點餐時,店員留意到我喉嚨唔舒服,貼心介紹我飲陳皮洛神花熱飲!我喉嚨的確有啲痕癢,連我身邊嘅同事都唔知道。為咗留肚食甜品,我哋點咗一份16小時慢煮醬烤法國鴨腿配牛油燴意大利飯,仲有香煎自家制櫻花蝦炸蝦餅share 食。法國鴨腿慢煮到入味,肉質滑嫩,醬汁味道濃郁,完全吸收咗鴨肉嘅鮮味。牛油燴意大利飯就更加唔使講,飯粒軟硬適中,牛油味十足,搭配鴨腿食一流!炸蝦餅外脆內軟,櫻花蝦嘅香氣令整個餅加強了海鮮味。每一口都好滿足,搭配嘅醬汁更添風味。梳乎厘班戟真係唔可以錯過!蛋味香濃,內裡鬆軟,加上鮮果,口感層次分明,每一啖都好滿足!
