To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到一年一度嘅聖誕節，天氣凍又唔想出街，打開外賣平台，就見到元氣壽司。見咁耐無食，一於叫外賣食喇。我叫佐一個特選壽司盛A $149 同埋 竹輪卷湯烏冬 $33 （1）特選壽司盛A入面有一11件壽司，分別係 兩件 帶子壽司，兩件灸燒三文魚壽司，一件蔓魚壽司，一件甜蝦壽司，一件甜蛋，一件燒牛肉壽司，兩件赤貝壽司，一件 巨蟹腳壽司。蟹腳超大件，一咬落去感覺到蟹柳既肉汁爆出黎，超juicy! 牛肉係明顯用鐵板燒過，有用心製作，唔係求求奇奇整件牛肉出黎。甜蝦除佐本身既鮮甜味，食落去仲有陣陣既牛油香味，yummy。帶子鮮味十足！蔓魚配上秘製既醬汁，味道一流！甜蛋壽司味道正常，冇咩特別。（2）竹輪卷湯烏冬一打開就聞到陣陣既昆布湯味，烏冬非常有咬感，鐘意食有口感烏冬一定要鐘意食！ 唯一缺點係湯有啲啲咸同埋唔係幾夠熱，要用微波爐叮熱，因為烏冬要熱辣辣食先好食整體黎講，元氣壽司性價比都幾高，值得一去。
