To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次試咗一間西營盤嘅松屋甜品店,真係一個甜蜜小驚喜!首先,佢個抹茶芝士蛋糕真係正到爆,芝士濃郁得嚟又唔會太膩口🍰,啖啖抹茶香氣撲鼻,啱曬我呢啲愛抹茶嘅人!然後,我啲朋友點嘅日式蕨餅心太軟配抹茶雪糕,係個完美藝術品一樣咁吸引人🍵,個蕨餅口感軟滑,心太軟流出嘅抹茶心,簡直係抹茶愛好者嘅夢幻組合,配埋甜度剛好嘅雪糕,咬落簡直係口感上嘅樂園。整體嚟講,松屋嘅甜品質素頂級😋,店小但選擇豐富,我下次還會黎!睇得出師傅落咗唔少心思喺每款甜品上面,令人難忘。真係好想話俾大家知,西營盤有個小秘密甜品店,值得一試!👍🏻
