To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 雖然已提早拎飛,但因細鋪比較少大枱(一行8人), 最後都等咗7個字,分開2張枱入座,建議大家預早時間拎定飛。叫咗2個會員限定套餐(4人前)加+飲品,另外一個十品燒肉盛合,份量啱啱好。首先上場的凱撒沙律略嫌多咗沙律醬,梅子蕃茄好清爽,值得一試。五品菜盛合有秋葵、粟米、雞脾菇、粟米仔以及鮮冬菇。新鮮菜,除粟米外其他燒一燒就食得。一片片魷魚2面略燒,變色就可以離火。食緊沙律的同時主角上場-肉。目測為牛舌、雞肉、豚扒、和牛牛板腱等,雖然一人2片,份量不是多, 但都夠飽。每次必食海老,大隻爽口,可惜有一隻少少霉。牛角靈魂飯食到咁上下,開中火將有魚皮的一面向網,燒至略有收縮現象轉細火再反轉魚身,慢慢燒,最後加汁就得到美味燒鰻魚,大滿足散場。
