To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚訂咗6:30 ,我哋一行11人被安排坐房間,到6:50已有2/3朋友入座,諗住叫三個小菜食住等,我第一個就叫餐廳出名嘅"揚明國際燒肉",個男經理就問要大定細,我話要例牌,佢就話即係大啦,我問幾多錢,佢就話你自己睇餐牌啦,講真呢個菜咁出名,冇理由唔知幾錢,就算唔知都唔使用咁嘅態度講嘢😡,叫完三個餸,佢就補多句"到8:30要走",全程黑口黑面,跟住就衝咗出去。冇幾耐佢就一手推開門攞嘢入嚟(其實可能用腳),我朋友就鬧佢,你咁大力衝入黎,如果門後有人俾你撞到點算,佢仲話呢間房係有低消,我哋俾你坐係唔可以閂門,行出去時仲要講多句"唔好閂門"😡。講真,食物質素係唔錯,價錢都合理,但有個咁嘅高級員工喺度趕客,成餐生日飯都冇晒Mood,睇返食評,原來呢個男經理已曾經被人投訴。最後我哋都坐到10:30 ,根本餐廳成晚都多客,大堂又唔爆,點解要咁樣對待客人?唔可以彈性處理用餐時間嗎?食飯食到咁受氣,唔會有下次😡
