To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日生日同男朋友慶祝。。。因為太遲 book 位，只有這間有位，於是，便book 了這一間試試。連加一，價錢一位都要七百，一點都不便宜 。食物種類不算多，而且五新鮮，平時長腳蟹很多人食，這家都没有，因为真系冇咩鮮味。今日有兩個 special dishes 。 限量的，一個係文花膠，鮑魚和心太軟。花膠同鮑魚五入味，很失望。心太軟 ok, 反而成餐最令人 驚喜係個青紅蘿蔔湯好清，感覺冇落味精，飲完五会覺得口渴。另外要一讚既係，位同位之間五会太近。不過下次五会來
