To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我落單買一杯珍珠奶茶($24)和一杯黑糖晶球奶茶($26)，店員問要鮮奶或奶粉。我答了鮮奶，付款拿到單後發覺變了紅茶珍珠拿鐵($29)和黑糖觀音晶球拿鐵（$31)。用奶粉的是紅茶，用鮮奶的是拿鐵？一直以為拿鐵是咖啡，唯有請教谷歌大神，原來意大利文拿鐵是牛奶，也不是鮮奶。第一次寫食評，原來咁辛苦。同電影中古時告官一樣，原告要先被打五十大板。食評要寫最少寫八十字，好辛苦寫完。到整體評分，還要寫最少二百字才能使用，以為最多唔用啦，誰知又提交唔到，我唯有繼續拉布。
