老婆生日,今日頭炮節目係同佢嘆個omakase。呢間餐廳日本人主理,座位少,好靜好舒服。見到醬汁選擇好多,有檸檬汁、胡椒、醋、豬扒汁等等,因為呢個餐除咗刺身同料理,仲有餐廳出名嘅炸物。前菜係天然豉油醃製過嘅喬頭同籮蔔,淡淡嘅豉油味,爽爽脆脆,好開胃。刺身分別係池魚背、吞拿魚、北海道帶子、炙燒深海池魚腩。池魚時令,魚腩部位肥美到不得了,唔需要加油都燒得甘香。炸物都超好食,當中醃製蟹籽夾醋鯖魚係我最鍾意。炸物咬落一d都唔油,超薄脆皮入面咬到粒粒蟹籽同醋香鯖魚,口感同味道都好豐富。Seasonal梅子湯好夏天,生津解渴又醒胃;三倉伊勢龍蝦,用清湯浸,超爽口新鮮!仲有雜菜烏冬或茶漬飯、甜品,樣樣自家製,食到廚師嘅用心!
