係中環同朋友食完飯,講起前幾日食完串燒,突然又想食下日式串燒。路過見到呢間餐廳副牆好靚,又有串燒食,就衝咗入去。 店員超級好禮貌,裝修有啲家庭風,但係副壁畫真係好靚。 問咗店員,原來係本地插畫家"BAO" 畫㗎。 晚餐得 a la carte, 不過見佢中午都有定食。我哋2個人叫咗雞軟骨$35,雞頸肉$35,雞心$35,雞皮$38,雞腎$35,牛舌芯$58,牛肋肉$68同埋銀杏$38。 一見到個雞軟骨同銀杏為,就知道頸有heart。 銀杏仲有層衣,一睇就知唔係叫貨串燒串,而且係咁樣串啲銀杏好可愛。另外雞軟骨唔係雞脾位軟骨,係有肉嘅雞胸軟骨,真係幾特別。 另外見到隔離枱有叫sake, 店員都有介紹每枝酒嘅味道同特色。 下次有機會都可以飲番杯sake,慢慢食串燒。整體黎講,性價比高,服務好好。

一見到個雞軟骨同銀杏為,就知道頸有heart。 銀杏仲有層衣,一睇就知唔係叫貨串燒串,而且係咁樣串啲銀杏好可愛。另外雞軟骨唔係雞脾位軟骨,係有肉嘅雞胸軟骨,真係幾特別。
