今晚在觀塘吃晚餐,這家餐廳有不少雜誌和foodie推薦,於是今晚來試一試。餐廳裝潢比較樸素清新,走自然樸質風,佈置了不少乾花。🔻朱古力奶泡$48上面放了一只棉花糖,增添了不少趣味。入口朱古力味道較淡一些,喝起來沒那麼罪惡。🔻雜莓乳酪沙冰$58以雜莓、乳酪和冰現打出來的,所以雜莓的味道很濃郁,非常足料。🔻煙三文魚生薑沙律配黑胡麻$88沙律加入生薑令平平無奇的沙律增添了不少驚喜,煙三文魚大大一片,口感軟腍。🔻醬油漬三文配牛油炊飯,青醬肉汁$158 醬油漬三文魚大概有七成熟,頂層點綴了三文魚子。入口剛好,嫩嫩的,魚味卻很突出,配上牛油炊飯,口感幼滑滋味。🔻鰹魚熟成封門柳配椰菜花蓉,昆布牛油汁$168熟成封門柳的熟度剛好,入口帶有肥瘦的口感,咬起來很有口感,愈咬愈香。🔻法式多士法式多士十分出色,表面是焦糖,吃起來竟然有像在吃法式布丁的錯覺,配搭雲尼拿籽雪糕正好,清新的雪糕還有雜莓脆粒,入口酸酸甜甜,加上忌廉,絕對令人滿意。
