To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘新開海南雞飯，雞好滑好香，最緊要唔係黃姜飯，油飯超香，最緊要有齊三隻汁，一定要試佢嘅薑容，超級香唔係求其大家樂級數，簡直可以留返嚟送白飯。雞下邊仲有酸菜，冇諗過酸菜沾到雞汁係咁好食，咁樣都可以食多一碗飯。仲要佢個湯有一粒牛肝菌， 平時啲湯都會揼咗佢，因為差唔多近乎清水加味精，呢個你飲咗一啖會問自己點解$52可以買到咁高質。
