疫情終於有所緩和,放假前夕晚上約咗朋友食好西,我哋有成半年無見喇!佢推介佐敦附近有間唔錯嘅鐵板燒店叫「樂Teppanyaki」,佢之前Lunch食過幾掂,所以帶我嚟試吓😝。我哋經網上訂枱,晚市套餐可享八折優惠🈹。小店有啲隱世嘅感覺,因為門面毫不起眼,而店內面積亦唔大,座位唔多,一眼睇晒。坐喺吧枱嘅我哋可以全程睇住師傅整嘢食👨🏻🍳。餐廳設有多款套餐🍽,一人前價位由$688至$1,388不等。我開初覺得呢度定價都幾進取,不過當食完之後就明白了,佢用料上乘,食材成本一定唔平!由於想食海膽,所以我哋揀咗「十八層海膽杯」套餐。時令前菜係海老豆腐,小食味道幾清新🌿,唔係一嘢酸醒你。🦐蝦肉爽口彈牙,再配埋豆腐、芹菜同海帶等一齊食,成個組合幾夾。時令沙律未算太特別🥗,蔬菜淋上適量醬汁,帶微微甜味同蜜糖柚子味,食落幾開胃。簡單食完前菜之後,就到主角「十八層海膽杯」出場。佢以雞尾酒杯裝住🍹,色彩繽紛,造型滿分。我無認真數佢有幾多層,不過每食一啖都有驚喜,因為你會不斷食到唔同嘅食材。佢哋夾埋食毫無違和感,好正😋。如果雞蛋裏挑骨頭的話,就係佢用杯裝上,多到瀉晒囉,哈哈。餐牌上有詳細介紹呢十八層由何組成🌟,等
