To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正宗潮州店,華苑做得到,份量夠價錢合理,最緊要食物質素高,滷水鵝掌翼用上獅頭鵝,Size大,滷水掌翼上色及味道一流,啖啖肉,凍蟹用上的紅蟹非常新鮮,蟹肉質感實淨,蟹肉原汁原味,滷水鵝肝拼鵝片是必食之選,鵝肝非常滑溜,配上紅酒有減肥膩感覺,童年回憶炸大腸,大腸脆口,一定要試炸蠔餅,蠔仔不少啖啖有,一點都不覺油膩,最喜歡時令薄殼,一年只得兩個星期有得食,加上金不換及少少指天椒,非常惹味,甜品是清心綠豆爽,不太甜,潮州糊泥入口滑溜。
