原本諗住出旺角行街街,但天氣實在熱到見到錢都唔識執,經過呢間鮪世市場,一開門冷氣涼浸浸,就二話不說衝咗入去。入面有吧枱亦有長枱,無論獨行俠定三五知己嚟都啱晒。叫咗兩份午市套餐,店員首先奉上前菜,包括麵豉湯、蒸蛋同沙律。沙律選用柚子醋,酸酸味味令人開胃。蒸蛋上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,蒸蛋好滑,入面材料都豐富。麵豉湯裏面有好多昆布同豆腐,湯唔會過鹹,平時我好少飲晒成碗,不過呢個我就可以。其中一份午市套餐就揀咗市場壽司盛,包括有燒三文魚卷、玉子、特大赤海蝦、帆立貝、墨魚、油甘魚同三文魚,壽司魚生用料上乘,而且夠新鮮,所以每一件都咁好食。另外仲揀咗魚生角切丼,選用嘅魚生款式豐富,有三文魚、油甘魚、八爪魚、玉子等,蟹籽份量尤其多。伴隨午市套餐可以追加三點刺身盛,包括有三文魚、帆立貝同油甘魚。三文魚屬於厚切,所以口感特別豐富,每件刺身都好新鮮,真係想再encore。老公話想食吞拿魚,所以就點咗個特選本鮪壽司盛,分別有赤身、中拖羅、大拖羅同拖羅蓉,拖羅級別魚油撲鼻,真係非常甘香,呢個價錢一啲都唔貴。老公唔鍾意食鰻魚,所以冇揀鰻魚飯,唯有叫個鰻魚手卷滿足一下自己。鰻魚都好厚肉又肥美,加埋脆脆紫菜真係冇得彈。
