To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經好幾年沒有寫食評了, 最近有衝動再次拿起筆再寫食評, 希望大家多多賜教.剛剛派了消費卷, 又知道這食店有幾款菜餚減價, 另外剪了免費報紙的雞湯優惠卷,所以決定到這食店吃晚餐。當晚未到6.00PM已到達食店門口, 可能食店位置比較偏遠而且近工廠區,  客人不算太多只得五、六枱, 所以可以任意選擇位置, 我們最後選擇了梳化位。食店入門口擺放了木架而架上放了裝飾物可以打咭,大堂掛了幾盞大水晶燈,裝潢華麗;以圓枱為主並蓋上白色枱布,配紅色或啡色椅子,亦以紅色和啡色椅子去分區域, 另有四張梳化椅子放置中央部分;較入位置有一大幅落地玻璃, 可以望下街景,感覺開揚!餐具以白色為主,非常簡潔,茶壺是不銹鋼會比較耐熱!餐牌都是有圖有價錢,珍味三選一:醬香脆好豬(1/4隻$68,半隻$128,1隻$238), 澳洲龍蝦($188/斤),清蒸東星班(約一斤四両)$188/條;鮮味推介:亞拉斯加蟹(約四斤半)$1288/隻,踏雪飛龍(約三斤澳洲龍蝦)$1288/份,黑松露燒雞(半隻$208,1隻$398)。主餐牌的小菜價錢由$98-$398,而餐前小食價錢由$48-$118。另外也有4位,6位,8位,12

我們最後點選3碟菜餚:澳洲龍蝦伊麵底(芝士底)、花膠響螺濃雞湯和黑板牛仔骨煲。

上大約10分鐘左右,花膠響螺濃雞湯($88)已送上,  因為剪了免費報的優惠券所以是特價的,雞湯是奶黃色,湯的味道非常鲜甜重雞味但沒有加味精,花膠有5件而且算大件,但口感不夠腍,響螺只得3小件, 雞腳煲到非常腍連骨都可以咬碎,我們二人可以分到3碗湯,份量都算多,可能煲湯的火喉夠而且材料多所以飲完即刻暖身。

第二度菜餚黑板牛仔骨煲($128)都上枱了, 牛仔骨肉質偏瘦所以口感較韌,而且牛味不足, 份量都尚算多約有12件但每件較小巧,配菜的蒜子佔了半煲,  配菜的份量似乎畧多了。

最後的菜餚是澳洲龍蝦伊麵底(芝士底)($282), 龍蝦重量約一斤四両, 芝士醬汁濃郁地鋪滿龍蝦和伊麵,龍蝦和伊麵都吸收了芝士汁非常入味,龍蝦口感尚算彈牙但鲜味不足,但伊麵份量畧少每人只有一碗多些。

可能客人不算太多,侍應會主動加熱水和換碟,值得一讚。

今餐是免費晚餐,所以吃得特別暢快!
