To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

18-12-2012是日,同事駕車帶我往兩處地方午膳。第二站:坤記竹昇麵竹昇麵多是用鴨蛋做的全蛋麵,這兒的麵條是人手使用竹竿壓製出來,絕無使用機械,值得一讚!門口米芝蓮 2012、2013 推介食肆店鋪環境與一般麵店沒大分別。看看吃些甚麼吧。我點了蝦籽撈麵($37):蝦籽的鹹香味很濃烈,而且份量十足,滿滿覆蓋整個麵之上!這個撈麵的口感極佳,麵質非常有彈性,比較不乾澀,和我以往吃到的大有不同。 用 $37 便能嘆到「米芝蓮車胎人美食」的食物,絕對物超所值!因為太好吃,臨走前買了兩包竹昇麵(共$30)及一小樽蝦籽($51),回家後可慢慢再細嚐。
