以前經常經過這家日本水產磯燒店都坐滿人,終於有機會試試~海產選擇都算好多,由北海道供貨,每天直送不同海鮮到港,確保新鮮!招牌甲羅燒蟹膏配海膽三文魚子,燒得好好味,配上小餅乾,暖暖的入口也不會過咸,我還不夠燒餅乾要多一塊🤭必須贊一下服務員小哥,在一旁用心燒烤,燒鮑魚低溫慢燒燒了超過10分鐘,熟度剛剛好非常彈牙也不會過火,需要拍照可要求服務員在旁邊燒烤,或是燒好直接送上~剛好最愛的深海池魚賣完,就點了季節性的秋刀魚刺身,油脂一樣豐富,-下子食曬!其他串燒熟食燒物也是正常發揮,油甘魚鮫油脂非常豐富,啖啖肉好滿足。這家清酒選擇亦十分多,揀左我最喜歡的<作>配搭海鮮。
