黎開荃灣做facial,做完剛好是午餐時間,就去左路德圍搵野食。本來食魚魚魚米線,但見隔離間「樓下冰室」有我最愛的番茄湯通粉就入左去食。打開menu發覺除左番茄湯通粉仲有我另一至愛瑞士雞脾同瑞士雞翼,仲要佢地係一個套餐,唔駛我散叫,正!我掙扎左好多耐,究竟配雞脾定雞全翼好但兩款都同價! 師奶仔心態下,我選左大大隻的招牌瑞士雞脾!一黎個餐,我嚇左嚇!咁大份既!?碗通粉勁大碗同隻雞脾雖然係跟餐,但都係正常Size,完全無縮水!呢刻我就開始頭痛我究竟食唔食得晒!先講隻雞脾,D皮好嫩滑,唔會好似街邊賣的甩皮雞脾咁,而且肉質唔會好柴。但瑞士有些微咸左少少同有少少焦味,但味道都ok既。再講個通粉,滑蛋不錯,口感算係滑溜,只係熟左少少,如果再流身少少就perfect 。番茄濃湯底唔會太咸或太重味,算係濃得黎帶點番茄本身的酸甜味,而且佢通粉用左我最愛的滑身通粉(最憎食有坑紋果隻),而且煮得爽口彈牙,配上番茄湯及滑蛋就更加正!

先講隻雞脾,D皮好嫩滑,唔會好似街邊賣的甩皮雞脾咁,而且肉質唔會好柴。但瑞士有些微咸左少少同有少少焦味,但味道都ok既。

再講個通粉,滑蛋不錯,口感算係滑溜,只係熟左少少,如果再流身少少就perfect 。
