To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來,不亦樂乎!嘗試過一頓美味魚翅後,起程去計劃之中的西貢半天遊與海鮮晚飯,可惜天公不做美,在半途中已經風雨交加,友人當中的女士們嘟著嘴,叫嚷著要更改行程,在街邊屋簷底下討論著去那裡呢?經過多番爭議後決定去 shopping , 又由我做嚮導去那裡避雨和購物,這班有錢太太有什麼地方未去過?而她們又會有興趣的呢? 唉,頭痛!噢!猛然想起九龍灣地鐵站上面的商場和食肆,走中高檔路線,應該能為她們帶來新體驗,於是浩浩蕩蕩十二人向著這方向出發 果然不出我所料,一上到商場,她們已經開始血拼了,難為了那班男士們,只好在 Starbucks 歇歇腳了,經過三、四小時的辛苦血拼和在 Starbucks 歇完又歇之後,大家終於想起係時候食晚飯了,Honey 好識做已經在我們血拼之時,四圍尋找好的開餐地方,所以立即有決定拉大隊去了美心皇冠今天是星期四,剛好是特價日,因此可以用低廉價錢食到以下的美食 上湯焗加拿大龍蝦配伊麵底,三隻加拿大龍蝦,體積雖小但勝在肉質爽甜,上湯焗是我最喜歡的煮法,湯汁濃甜香滑,亦可以食到材料的鮮味,而伊麵又可以吸收盡淨汁液的精華,每一梳入口的伊麵也被龍蝦和羗蔥蒜的香氣包裹著,

上湯焗加拿大龍蝦配伊麵底,三隻加拿大龍蝦,體積雖小但勝在肉質爽甜,上湯焗是我最喜歡的煮法,湯汁濃甜香滑,亦可以食到材料的鮮味,而伊麵又可以吸收盡淨汁液的精華,每一梳入口的伊麵也被龍蝦和羗蔥蒜的香氣包裹著,實在是太好了
