To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當味蕾遇上街頭小食

走入茶餐廳，濃濃的茶香夾雜住炒菜的鍋巴聲，嘩，立即食指大動。我點咗份豉油皇炒麵，疑，係咪太普通？但料理嘅師傅將佢變成平凡中嘅不凡。麵條跳過廚師嘅鍋仔，帶住輕微嘅焦香，但又保持住Q彈嘅口感，高手！配料有青菜、豬肉絲，簡單得黎又正！蒜香飄散嚟，係禁食，唔覺意滿嘴都開始流住口水。 另外，我仲試咗個脆皮炸雞，酥脆嘅外皮同香嫩多汁嘅雞肉，啖啖肉，真係爽口得滯，點住輕微帶甜嘅檸檬汁，酸酸地提升咗雞肉嘅滋味，真係一流！飲品方面，我揀咗杯凍檸茶，檸檬片浮喺清澈嘅茶水面，入口嘅鮮甜與茶嘅苦澀完美融合，消暑提神，清新過癮。個餐完結，心情好似都同呢份小食一齊high咗起嚟。下次又要嚟試下佢哋嘅牛腩撈面喇！🍜🍗🍋
