疫情終於受控,四月下旬晚市得以重開,舞會亦隨即開放,堅有XO仔心嘅靚女舞伴即相約舞前於鄰近嘅新店「㬢」嘆番餐廚師發辦,補祝細佬生日,認真客氣!小店離炮台山地鐵站不遠,巴士、小巴、叮叮附近都有站,交通絕對方便。地舖木造嘅門面、鮮紅色嘅布簾及光亮嘅招牌於灰牆上十分顯眼。步入店子,即可見到可容納上十人嘅壽司吧,掌舵嘅兩位師傅相當好客,而且平易近人。不用花巧之裝潢,木造嘅間隔足以滲出和風味。值得一提嘅就係男女共用嘅洗手間全自動模式操作,疫情下感覺尤其衛生。每位席上都擺有齊備嘅自用餐具、濕紙巾及口罩信封。桌上另有牙籤及額外嘅乾、濕紙巾。晚市只提供一款以店名取名嘅「㬢」廚師發辦套餐($1,800/位)。電子飲品餐牌則有一頁之多。嘻嘻,酒鬼賀壽當然係要飲番兩杯啦!如貴客欲自攜佳釀,每樽720ml及1.8L日本清酒嘅開瓶費分別為$200及$500,價格都好合理。師傅備製魚生前,先送上清新爽脆嘅漬物送酒酒,細心得很。為晚餐作序嘅有暖胃嘅茶碗蒸。小碗中嘅燉蛋軟嫩滑溜,配料用上橙美厚彈嘅蝦隻、厚潤嘅帶子粒及幼嫩嘅松葉蟹蟹絹即倍添口感及鮮甜。頭兩道刺身均為組合菜。第一件師傅以愛媛縣嘅真鯛切成薄片,夾入海膽後再
