To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近每天也在西九文化公園散步, 年廿九決定在Elements的大快活訂盆菜於初一在家中作晚膳。雖然得兩口子享用,也訂了六人份量的盆菜,包括墨魚丸和豬皮嫩滑有咬感丶原隻鮑魚亦爽口丶 鬆化東坡肉鹹鹹香香美味可口 丶手工荔芋雞啖啖肉挺不錯 丶南乳豬手香口但不淋,有嚼感 丶叉燒味道濃郁,魷魚有嚼勁,西蘭花脆口;本想懶煮,輕輕鬆鬆地食一餐,只因西蘭花份量不多,只好親自下廚煑煲菜,整體表現也不惜。
