To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

白咖哩豬排，永遠唔會渣

星期五的晚上, 一個人在荃灣, 有咩好食呢, 想坐好dd, 人少dd, 突然諗起白咖哩豬扒, 於是走去睇睇, 正, 夜晚8點, 竟然唔多人, 算啦, 反正我入去都係為左呢一個飯。侍應有禮, 帶我去到坐時, 重問我怕唔怕凍, 如果怕的可以坐另一邊。(帶點內地口音的男生)。之後就直接落單, 飲品要加錢, 太熱了, 加啦, 不過,  15蚊一杯荔枝紅茶, 都係伏伏地。好快, 野飲同我的至愛都黎到喇, 不得了, d汁真係超正, 好快已用汁食曬d飯, 再慢慢享受個幾塊豬扒。無食左近一年, 豬扒都算keep到, 好味好味。其實黎左超過10次, 我次次都係叫呢個, 係咪有d癲呢, 哈哈
