To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. lunch 時間周圍都咁多人,咁唯有走去無咩客既大快活啦 ~ 又見有新出品,試吓啦 ~ 白汁雞皇意?白骨陰陽意?唉 ~ 都唔知食緊咩,麻麻地 ~白汁雞皇雞髀意粉,食落感覺係雞髀有雞髀煮、意粉有意粉煮、汁有汁煮,全部分開煮,最後意粉放底、雞髀放面,最後倒汁喇,會埋一齊囉。雞髀味似鹽水雞髀,又或係煲完湯啲湯渣雞,煮過龍,都幾鞋口又乾爭爭,無雞味。意粉煮得好好,嚥靭有趙口,又乾爽。白汁厚薄可以再好啲,依家比較杰左少少啦。自己撈完一輪之後,可以剛好包住啲意粉,都唔錯。最好食係伴碟既幾條菠菜囉,so sorry。如果汁同意粉同煮,雞髀改用雞扒或雞柳,效果會更好。
