To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約幾個老友出來食飯，佢住土瓜灣區所以就去番呢一區食晚飯，有朋友話之前食過喜滿樓，覺得唔錯值得再去食。餐廳環境簡單夠晒街坊風格，食物選擇多價錢大眾化。牆上有塊大白板寫了些大廚推介和新推出時令菜式，所以就㸃幾味推介菜：風沙雞和芝麻雞各半隻、啫啫芥蘭煲、避風塘桶蠔、椒鹽吊片等。全部菜式有新意，味道一流，夠鑊氣夠風味。招牌菜首選是芝麻雞，芝麻雞勝在芝麻夠脆夠香，風沙雞勝在夠蒜香，這𥚃用的上等雞種，皮薄肉質鮮嫩有雞味，有層次口感，老友們個個食得高興，𣈱飲高談闊論，真是對酒當歌，人生幾何。
