住屯門區有返咁上下年份的,應該多數都食過依間粉食檔,高峰期附近有差不多4間舖都係賣粉仔的,30年黎一路到依家依然屹立不倒既就絕對係這一間粉仔檔講味道依間粉仔檔肯定好食過近年才冒起既狗仔粉,雖然材料相對簡單,主要都係蝦同葱等,但麵同湯既質感肯定更好,不會像狗仔粉般麵太淋同湯太杰,印像中多年前比依家更好食,但就算依家黎講我覺得比那些名過於實的油渣麵更好味。食粉仔一定配上原味菜脯粒再加少少辣菜脯粒,簡直食極都唔厭,唯一覺得美中不足既粉仔温度略嫌不夠熱。通常食粉仔外都會加一樣小食,我喜歡加兩件粉粿或牛肉球,有時會打包腸粉加燒賣魚蛋返去俾阿媽食難得今時今日仲有依d十零蚊就食到,有歷史又好味平民小食,如果覺得狗仔粉/油渣麵之類已經好食既話,絕對值得一試這間粉仔檔,包你食完隔無耐就會心思思想再食過
