To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到尖沙咀行街，等完女朋友收工就去睇下食咩，行行下去到漢口道，見到有好多餐廳，見到一間食燒味既餐廳就試吓啦，入到去見到餐牌除咗小米之外亦都有越南河粉同埋泰式嘅小食，事不宜遲試吓先蜜汁叉燒飯，我揀咗半肥瘦嘅叉燒，叉燒食個非常之香食得出係用咗好多時間去整嘅，飯食落非常之我飯香粒粒分明我女朋友就叫咗生牛肉湯河，牛肉非常之滑身，河粉亦都非常之爽滑，湯底同我飲過平時食嘅越南餐廳，非常之有驚喜泰式串燒拼盤，豬牛雞樣樣都有，笑得亦都啱啱好食落有炭香嘅味道，最出色就係點全消嘅醬汁
