擔擔麵同樓下嘅comment一樣不過呢個配菜喺熏魚熏魚發揮比炸排骨好好多咁高一門手藝(先炸后熏再冷藏)都處理得算得心應手唔會太甜 甜酸味道剛好到酣處唯一讃嘅dish排骨擔擔麵啲麺唔彈牙太軟身都唔喺話特別入味同香港其他擔擔麵唔同嘅地方就喺無乜花生醬太單調嘅湯底排骨就新鮮熱辣辣啱啱炸出嚟不過呢選料太肥 有一塊咬落去成塊脂肪喺到而且外面層脆脆都唔太好食唔知道喺因為油用過太多次定喺麵包糠唔得嫩雞煨麵青菜無得彈嘅但係雞有啲柴...雞其實好難會煮得難食=_=同樣道理 啲麺一睇就知道散曬erz 唔夠韌普普...發出嚟嘅包好厚層麵粉不過明白生意難做嘅
