九龍城除咗唔喺泰菜同甜品聖地之外,其實唔老少號中菜館都林立,每間都主打特色出品!作為食客嘅大眾,有時都難選擇!近日天氣回暖少少,又咁啱落嚟九龍城食飯,我地幾個為食嘅麻甩仔,又喺覓食嘅時候!見到一間新開嘅小店,點都要試吓啦!依間小店主打生猛海鮮、泰式串燒仲有特色小炒!聽返負責人講,原來佢哋本身做海鮮批發,唔怪得可以做到咁街坊價啦!食海鮮真喺香港人嘅致愛,所以我哋美食兵團今次反傳統,食試吓泰式燒海鮮,食返每樣海鮮嘅原味正!首先欣賞喺佢哋用上傳統嘅公雞碗筷子同《生魚湯》,真材實料,好有生魚味道!真喺別出心材!《蒜蓉燒野菌》真喺幾好食,好重蒜蓉味,完全適合我哋依班酒客!另外,野菌雜菇新鮮彈牙,唔錯唔錯!《燒雞翼》《燒海蝦》《燒矮瓜》依三個餸真喺味道十足,用上新鮮食材真喺原味,而且海蝦用上泰國草蝦,蝦味十足又夠牙!我自己最欣賞《燒鮑魚》,蒜蓉入哂味經已有難道,但鮑魚燒到七八成熟,依個就考師傅功力,因為太熟就會收哂水,死死實咁!但依個鮑魚賣相吸引,彈牙,有海水味!正!《荷葉蒸花甲》又喺一絕,賣相唔算特別,但用上特大花甲,食落啖啖肉!但最要每隻花甲都好有荷葉味,非常清香,夠特別!總括嚟講,食材新鮮已

總括嚟講,食材新鮮已經冇得輸,師傅手勢一流,真喺贏哂!下次點都要試埋啲小炒!每人都喺 160蚊左右,超抵食!
