今日同老媽去勝手食完午餐已經反肚!沿途行去天后站,景然比我地見到傳民中的炭爐雞蛋仔點都要買嚟試吓。當我地研究緊買幾多....食唔哂拎返屋企食時....伯伯好專業咁話:如果你地唔係即刻食就唔好買啦,拎返屋企唔好食呢。咁我地打算買一底 share, 伯伯繼續話:除非你地有焗爐。嘿嘿嘿我地就係有,最後買咗一人一底,即時食咗幾粒,外脆內軟好香好有蛋味,同平時食的好唔同,我覺得有點似蛋糕。伯伯話四底蛋仔用三隻蛋唔怪之得勁蛋香。平時食的有些只用香味同色素最後測試結果係返屋企用焗爐焗返,一樣有外脆內軟的效果。掂掂掂!
