平時落黎多數同朋友食小炒隊啤多,見隔離台食盤菜心諗中秋都未到咁快食盤菜?同班frd戚起條筋問下太子爺有無多一份整黎食下(太子爺好Friendly,成日吹晒水咁巴打feel,香港愈來愈少呢種野又好食又有人情味既餐廳)原來隔離台都係試菜,太子爺話唔mind可以整盤細既黎試下,叫我唔好掛住食要比下分,真係幾精益求精。本身未食過盤菜,唔知原來盤菜咁有霸氣,成十九幾樣野...我地幾條佬都食唔晒...有雞有鴨有魷魚有扣肉有枝竹蝦...宜家諗起都想食,首推煎鴨﹑枝竹﹑蝦同埋最尾墊底既蘿蔔...索晒d汁真係好食痴線...食盤菜之前太子爺話要淋d秘制汁...就係比d蘿蔔索晒,蘿蔔本身又無渣,成盤差唔多我食晒咁制...成底野真材實料,連蝦都係新鮮既!死未!

原來隔離台都係試菜,太子爺話唔mind可以整盤細既黎試下,叫我唔好掛住食要比下分,真係幾精益求精。

本身未食過盤菜,唔知原來盤菜咁有霸氣,成十九幾樣野...我地幾條佬都食唔晒...有雞有鴨有魷魚有扣肉有枝竹蝦...宜家諗起都想食,首推煎鴨﹑枝竹﹑蝦同埋最尾墊底既蘿蔔...索晒d汁真係好食痴線...食盤菜之前太子爺話要淋d秘制汁...就係比d蘿蔔索晒,蘿蔔本身又無渣,成盤差唔多我食晒咁制...成底野真材實料,連蝦都係新鮮既!死未!

Other Info. : 問返太子爺無啦啦做開小菜做咩搞盤菜,原來佢老豆(肥佬德)不嬲都有整開呢款傳統既盤菜,好似話係鄉下流存落黎,唔想失傳整黎益街坊做節...問心個人覺得酒樓 o個d standard貨我真係無興趣,但呢盤每樣野食都各有特色但又唔會搶味,真係咁大個仔第一次! 食完之後睇波真係好爽! 希望你搞得成中秋叫多轉黎食啦! 祝你成功!
