第二回頭幫襯,都係忘不了佢嘅鵝肉蠔仔粥同烏頭魚。今次帶麗妹好食下好咪嘅打冷。鋪頭開響長沙灣東京街近李鄭屋。鋪面都算大。客源都好多,打冷就唔係浪漫野,我哋坐底都係搭台,唔介意啦,因為都算寬敞嘅。四個人一張六人圓台,我哋叫左三個餸,呀姐姐好熱情咁介紹我哋食鵝脾,話鵝件同鵝脾一定鵝脾啦⋯⋯啖啖肉。之後係蠔仔粥同黃油烏頭。之前食過某名人介紹嘅昌記打冷,又貴又難食,潮興記價錢雖然都唔便,但食物質素好好多,蠔仔粥足料夠野咪帶乾油魚吊味,加埋芫茜,落埋糊椒粉,就完美喇。條烏頭就好新鮮黃油總算是有但唔太多,肉資唔梅無泥味,我最怕食到泥味同腥味,今次係算有水準。鵝脾鹵味足肉資都嫩而唔太咸,個人覺得剛好。下次要試下佢啲炒野。
