剛看完早場「梅艷芳」, 賺人熱淚,童年回憶不斷淨現,要找多點回憶來平復一下。這裡的“灌湯餃”是少數還是傳統的皮包湯,而不是湯浸餃的那種,我小時候跟老爸在酒家廚房裡做打雜時,最後“包”灌湯餃的步驟一定是我爸(點心廚房老大)和老二做的,證明這是關鍵,是有一定分量的師傅才做得到,沒有的話,只能做湯浸餃。一挑開餃皮,湯有蟹香,證明是放了真蟹肉,裡面還有魚翅、瑤柱、冬菇,足料,滿足!“炸粉果”,沾了點粉再去炸的,但沒有搞到一口粉,也很香,而雲吞湯的味道也不錯,但美中不足,湯不夠熱。“三色炸物”,鹹水角、腐皮卷、春卷,全部夠熱,夠脆,餡料味道也不錯。“櫻花蝦燒賣”,豬肉和蝦夠爽,沒有過份“嗱”過,還有明顯的肉香。“彩虹蝦餃”,大隻,飽滿,蝦新鮮,皮沒濕沒爛,還很堅挺,肯定是新鮮蒸出來的。

一挑開餃皮,湯有蟹香,證明是放了真蟹肉,裡面還有魚翅、瑤柱、冬菇,足料,滿足!
