筲箕灣有間西餐廳,每次經過都見到有好多人,而今次屋企人聚餐,阿嫂就推介咗我哋食呢間。我哋叫咗兩個美國頂級牛肉眼扒(約10安士)配白松露油肉汁,真係好足份量。一個煎珍寶北海道帶子配黑松露醬鮮菇忌廉扁意粉,味道唔錯。一個炆加拿大鹹豬手(去骨)配雜菜雞湯白胡椒扁意粉,老人家都啱食。一個寶雲酥芥末醬法式羊扒配迷迭香蒜蓉汁,醬汁好香。仲有一個英式獵人雞(煎雞胸,有煙肉配燒烤醬及烤雙重芝士),同樣好味道。至於餐湯,我哋揀咗三個蕃茄雜菜湯及三個忌廉湯,最後覺得忌廉湯較好味,配自家製意大利香草麵包特別好味道,麵包好食到食完可以再加。餐廳裝修到好似去咗70至80年代,加埋播嘅歌都係70至80年代英文歌,超有懷舊感。總結:睇得出廚師嘅心機,整得好食,價錢又唔貴,環境都算舒適,服務態度亦都唔錯。
