今日去尖沙咀做facial之後,經過依間盛意點心,見晏晝2點半入面都算多人,就揀咗呢間嚟食。今次叫咗海鮮雪茄春卷,牛肝菌蟹肉酥,招牌蝦餃皇,黑白蘿蔔糕,鵪鶉蛋燒賣,韭黃鮮蝦腸粉,豬仔流心包,仲叫咗一壺燉湯——金銀花燉龍骨湯。咁多樣入面,我最鍾意嘅係海鮮雪茄春卷,佢個皮好薄好脆,好香口,雪茄造型好盞鬼😂 另外,牛肝菌蟹肉酥,超鬆化,餡料好重菇味洋蔥味,感覺有啲西式,同朋友一人一件啱啱好。我成日覺得去點心店,就一定要試蝦餃,咁樣就知道間點心店好唔好食。盛意嘅蝦餃皮薄,唔似出面啲蝦餃好厚皮,都算幾好食👍🏼另有,豬仔流沙包一籠三件,流心做得幾好,個包都幾軟熟。黑白蘿蔔糕幾新奇,我未食過黑色嘅蘿蔔糕,食落有少少竹炭味,都幾有趣👍🏼
