To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知客服務態度為該店最最敗北之處,沒有之一。人多時知客例必黑面,一臉不耐煩,呼喝客人,又或以為客人必定知道由取籌機取籌,遇有客人取籌說自己有多少人,知客只用手指指取籌機,不留一句話,動作之快效率之高,堪稱大埔第一。我叫外賣,買完已在門外等,我強調:一步都無走開,只係企喺旁邊緊急出口,距離知客不足3米,亦無戴耳機,無同人傾偈。等足一個鐘,期間都聽到叫其他外賣,我以為自己叫得多嘢所以耐啲。等足60分鐘,見到知客小姐終於無咁忙,我忍唔住走埋去問佢個外賣有未,佢望一望後面,講咗句「哎呀好耐嘞」,然後又細細聲自言自語補多句「我有嗌過咖」。唔知係我選擇性失聰,定係鬼揞耳。嘢食方面,一個外賣四人餐再加三味小菜,食物質素不過不失。
