52C Medium Rare (佐敦)佐敦廟街269號華興大廈地下最近真係好興石燒牛,網燒牛,咁我都要湊湊熱鬧同男朋友要去食嘅,佢鍾意便好了。絕對要讚吓餐廳嘅格局,鋪面係石燒專用層,二樓係網燒專用層,今次我哋上咗2樓食網燒。佢每張枱都有一個特別專用嘅格仔俾我哋放成個食物盤。上菜嘅時候我哋會明顯見到分門別類嘅肉類,因為有個好緻字嘅牌仔寫左專有食物名詞。豬梅肉加雞肉各75g配餐湯前菜白飯豬肉好香滑,燒兩下就熟啦,格網燒出嚟嘅紋都特別好睇。雞肉就要燒耐啲,就算燒得燶都冇問題,燒肉送飯真係好正,值得一讚係佢哋嘅醬汁,柚子汁點雞肉豬肉就最適合。下腰西冷加封門柳各75g配餐湯前菜白飯牛肉唔同部份,都各有風味,肉質鮮嫩就梗架啦。湯係值得讚最快清碗,沙律菜夠爽口🥗燒汁送飯超好食。巨峰玉露就係鍾意粒粒口感。冬瓜茶台灣風味,就係清甜。

豬肉好香滑,燒兩下就熟啦,格網燒出嚟嘅紋都特別好睇。雞肉就要燒耐啲,就算燒得燶都冇問題,燒肉送飯真係好正,值得一讚係佢哋嘅醬汁,柚子汁點雞肉豬肉就最適合。
