丫妹知我一向鍾情食石燒牛, 預早book定九龍城一間石燒小店, 為我補祝生日。餐廳座位唔多, 建議有心去食嘅預先book位最穩陣。點了【尊上之2人前】HK$598可以一次過品嚐豬、牛、羊三款肉食, 另配有飲品、小食、飯、甜品, 抵食又飽肚。沙律x2: 沙律菜只加入了芝麻醬同木魚絲, 味道主要黎先鹹甜木魚, 配搭簡單。櫻花蝦味噌湯x2: 大量櫻花蝦浮面, 味噌湯味道唔會太鹹, 跟櫻花蝦一齊入口, 鮮香又有層次。前菜(三品): 集合甜、酸、辣各一前菜, 天婦羅甜薯: 面層脆口, 細味甜薯甜甜地中間果款前菜酸尾尾; 帶子群邊爽口帶少少辣。飲品x2: 自選兩款$18以下飲品, 汽水正正係$18, 唔洗補錢。終於到期待已久嘅石燒併盤上檯, 小小石板熱辣辣上檯, 用火一直加熱住。另外有洋蔥絲任加, 減輕油膩感。日本佐賀縣名水豚豬梅肉: 豬梅肉肉質同平時食開嘅豬梅肉真係有分別, 油花平均, 肉嫩很嫩, 質地偏林, 唔係平時食開有彈性嘅梅頭肉。原來呢款豬梅肉大有來頭, 生長於零污染嘅高山牧場, 加上活動面積較大, 所以其肉質較鬆化。美國頂級牛小排:每件牛小排切成一小口, 有dd厚度, 牛小排油花分佈豐

最後送上日式甜品:
自行將水加入綠茶粉攪拌至漿狀, 再倒於豆腐雪糕上, 入口即溶雪糕同時散發淡淡甘香茶味, 正!
