To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗有很多家庭式經營小店,@林記燒賣就係其中之一,因為燒賣關注組,所以知道有呢間隱世小店;店舖小小,竟然做出世一燒賣,果然一家人團結就事成呀！ 店家的🐟魚蓉燒賣每粒都係人手包的,自家製魚肉超有彈性,入口有魚肉香又煙靭有口感,一D都唔粉！最正係個辣汁😋,秘製配方,香辣得來又鹹到適中,勁惹味! 仲要$7就有5粒,純人手🖐製造,計埋手工錢,真係覺得好抵!小店仲有好多其他小食, 中午會有飯餐, 平日仲有學生餐優惠! 真心抵!
