To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.  和朋友約了在半島的嘉麟樓晚飯, 星期三晚的 7:30 到達, 真面好冷清, 全場祗有二小枱客. 茶我點了銀亳, 朋友們則點了鐵觀音, 我的銀亳不錯, 茶清香略帶甘. 先來三碗花膠淮山煲雞 - $290 一碗, 嘩! 好細的一碗, 祗可以說湯清味濃, 但全碗湯祗有一片細到我唔信的薄花膠, 二片淮山, 一舊雞,幾粒元肉, 咁樣收 $290 一碗, 真係有點兒那個 再來是海蜇併叉燒, 三人一致覺得這個是全晚最好吃的, 叉燒不肥但入口腍滑又帶點焦香蜜糖甜, 海蜇夠粗爽. 蜜豆炒和牛粒 - $520, 賣相夠靚, 和牛需肉味濃但真係幾韌吓, 其中一位朋友牙力不好, 食咗一舊就放棄, 上次 "阿一海景 " 的香蒜和牛粒已不算太好, 但怎也比嘉麟樓的高班. 紅燒斑翅 - $490, 大大的碟, 但除了大碟外; 一概乏善足陳, 一入口就知魚是急凍貨色, 魚味全無, 祗靠濃稠的獻汁提味, 各人吃了兩口就作罷 薑汁炒芥蘭 - 條條都祗用最嫩部份的芥蘭度, 夠腍, 牙力不好的朋友食得最多就係這碟菜和叉燒了. 最後甜品我點了蛋白杏仁茶 $48 - 香滑又充滿濃郁杏仁味, 好 ! 但朋友點的楊枝甘

但朋友點的楊枝甘露 一看買相就知出事, 睇樣都知奶太多, 朋友吃了一啖祗說了一句 " 唔好食 "

嘉麟樓的出品真係退步很多, 其實從晚市這麼恬靜已窺出一二, 由 7:30 到我結帳的 10:00 全場連我的一枱
都祗是五枱小客, 祗可以說唯一不變的是服務, 從來都係咁好, 夠貼心.

這餐晚飯我三個人吃了 $2,400 多, 但大家都 " 唉 " 了一聲
