自從食過呢間師傅的廚藝後,我已經係度舉辦過多次生日飯,運動飯。今次約左舊同學食飯,特登預早Book定利豐豪食海上鮮。埋單每人$600,酒精自備,有咩食?去相頭盤:涼伴彩玉雞絲 (即麻醬雞絲海哲)第一道海鮮:冰鎮鮮鮑魚呢隻係南非鮑魚,伴左日式醬料,食落好甜好軟,必食第二道海鮮:豉椒炒竹聖子皇超大隻聖子第三道海鮮:油泡海花竹蝦每人得兩隻,但真係好好味道,唔知個師父點整,可以個殼咁脆,D肉咁甜第四道海鮮:避風塘斑馬賴尿蝦超大隻的賴尿蝦,手臂咁大隻,全隻都係膏,師父煮得剛剛好,D膏唔會實,但又唔係流出黎,正第五道海鮮:油焗黃油奄仔蟹唉,失望,無咩膏,D肉又唔甜第六道海鮮:清蒸海臘腸斑呢名名字我從來無聽過,街市無見過,價錢貴過東星,$2xx/升,皆因佢係海斑,仲係我的至愛 - 沙皮。食過之後我會記住呢個名,因為我估唔到我係呢間鋪頭仔竟然食到呢三十年內最好食的清蒸魚!(唔計荃灣聯邦的蒜蓉蒸頭腩)中場上左個招牌羊架我已食過好多次,但今次係食海鮮,總覺得有D格格不入第七道海鮮:芝士焗琵琶蝦本身唸住食龍蝦,當日中午老細打黎話搶到琵琶蝦反黎,問我食唔食。大家未必知道琵琶蝦是什麼,細隻果D好似賴尿蝦,大隻果

本身唸住食龍蝦,當日中午老細打黎話搶到琵琶蝦反黎,問我食唔食。大家未必知道琵琶蝦是什麼,細隻果D好似賴尿蝦,大隻果D成隻龍蝦咁,個頭有兩塊頁的,一般只會係西貢,香港仔,三聖等海鮮檔先見到。既然咁少有,仲要係大大隻,我當然要食啦!食落肉質好甜好彈牙,好似食蝦同龍蝦之間的感覺,結果個個都話好食過龍蝦。本來仲訂左個招牌霸皇雞,但四個人真係食唔晒,老細自動幫我地取消左order。可能我地係當日的VIP,佢地送左個鮮果伴雪糕羅米池,一般啦!總結,我地自來左幾支紅白酒,白酒配海鮮真係絕配,食到尾段轉飲紅酒又係另一番享受。

預訂檯係有個好處,因為事頭婆知我地飲紅白酒,佢特登去宜家家B買左幾隻酒杯俾我地專用!哈哈哈
