屋企人生日,例牌選擇中菜或私房菜,今次揀左呢間未試過的私房菜。個杏汁豬肺湯唔記得影相,我覺得味道比較淡,杏汁可以濃味一點。 花雕蒸蛋夠入味,蛋都算滑。黑松露蝦多士就比較普通,有點失望,因為無咩黑松露味。反而個雞超級嫩滑,連雞胸都好好味好林,有驚喜。 一直期待的主角是個薑慕炒蟹,因為我們over 6人,食蟹唔使加錢,但個蟹唔新鮮,啲蟹肉縮曬又離殼,仲要無鮮味,肉又唔多。不過食得出佢啲野少落調味,比較近似屋企煮。
